Associate Dean & Music Faculty Rochelle Sennet Published in Newsweek

Rochelle Sennet, who serves as FAA's Associate Dean for diversity, equity, and inclusion, and music faculty, was published in Newsweek this month calling for an increase in support for those at the helm of DEIA efforts at higher ed institutions.

"There are parallels between DEIA administrative work and classical music—both involve taking the road less traveled, finding ways to increase representation, and carving out space to engage in dialogue about difficult topics."
