Services

In general, the sooner we know about a project or service need, the better we may be able to fit it into our workflow. Below is a list of services that we offer depending on resource availability. Please fill out our Project Request Form or reach out to us via faa-communications@illinois.edu if you’d like to request a service or have questions.

List of Services:

• Digital design & print
  • Our team has designed and printed a variety of materials for the college and units. Some examples include signage, flyers, tablecloths, clothing, brochures, cards, notebooks, stickers, pens, other giveaways, magazines and other publications
• Website assistance, training, and coordination (for academic units)
• Communication guidance for press releases and media relations
• Photography
• Videography
• Student employee recruitment and management
• Social media management guidance
• Article writing/promotions for special news or announcements
• Advertising consulting and campaign development

Equipment

The Office of Communications has a selection of event materials and other equipment that FAA units may borrow to use for unit events. Reach out to us via faa-communications@illinois.edu if you’d like to request equipment or have questions.

• Giveaways / swag
  • We sometimes have FAA branded materials to share in small numbers for giveaways
  • We also have contacts at Public Affairs who can help us with these types of requests on occasion
  • We can help design and order giveaways if your unit needs them
